Is body wash just as sanitary as bar soap?

No, actually body wash is more sanitary than bar soap. Just as liquid hand soap is more sanitary than the bar version.

Imagine you have dirty hands, you pick up the bar of soap, you rub your hands on it. Now the bar of soap is coated with germs and other nastyness which will wait on the bar for the next time you use it. (same applies for using a bar soap on your body)

Body wash squirts either onto your hands, or a washcloth or whatever. The whole bottle never comes into contacts with the germs youre trying to remove.

Also generally body wash is formulated to be less harsh and drying to the skin. Soap removes all of the natural oils, which can lead to dry skin.Is body wash just as sanitary as bar soap?
its all the same...detergent...with perfume in itIs body wash just as sanitary as bar soap?
Body wash is actually better than bar soap because it's less harsh and doesn't strip your skin of moisture like bar soap does.
Of course soap %26amp; water is still soap %26amp; water no matter which form the soap takes.
Body wash is more sanitary. Bar soap has more germs from the dirt it is exposed to.
Yes. However using a facial wash cloth more sanitary than using a puff (normally used when using body wash)
absolutely! it is still soap. it just like hand soap for your body. is using bar soap and liquid hand soap the same? yes. so, yes it is just as sanitary
Yes
