Exfoliating body wash - what is this best to use with?

a shower puff or sponge - if sponge, what kind? ie a soft 1 or the one that has a white, scratchy feel?

hard loofah or sponge. remember, it might be hard but it doesnt mean you go scratch away at your skin. just be gentle. also if you're using the sponge or loofah then theres no need for the exfoliating body wash. them too together is not the best idea. just use a more gentle mild soap with the loofah. or if you're going with the shower puff then you need the beaded exfoliating body wash.
